Vessel FreeverseC&C 27 List of work Performed:-Vessel Freeverse suffered a very hard impact with a sunken wreck. Keel sustained substantial damage to itself. All of the structural framing stringers and tabbing around all of the keel tower were broken free. -Substantial upward compression damage sustained around aft end of keel. -Vessel was suspended off the ground, keel was removed, all of cabin sole was cut out and removed. -All damaged glass was cut out ground back and prepped for repair. After all new frames and tabbing were rebuilt, cabin sole was reinstalled, all was faired and refinished to previous appearance. -New custom teak and holly sole was fabricated, installed, and finished. -The rig was stepped and inspected, head stay was replaced, new Profurl roller furler installed along with lead block kit and rope clutch, and control line. -A new suite of soft Norlan Sails from North Sails provided. -There was a new 153 roller furling Genoa with cover and a full baton main sail. - Also a new 2000 GPH bilge pump along with all new supporting plumbing and wiring for it. |
