List of work performed:
-Removed all old caulk and prepared, recaulked teak decks
-Stripped/refinished all varnish on topsides (including toe rails, hatches, cabinsides)
-Built new spreaders for main mast and finished
-Extensive repairs to main mast due to failure of finish. Structural delimitation at multiple locations and refinished
-Barrier coat bottom
-Extensive repair/refinishing to fiberglass cabin top (cracked/crazed/fractures in glass/gel coat) cabin top and cockpit refinished to an off-white Awl Grip top coat
-New custom stainless steel holding tank
-Fabricated a new mast step in stainless steel
-Recored a cockpit hatch
-Renewed and improved manual pump out system
-Started a staged electrical upgrade to evolve over time by installing new panel and power supply too
-Rechromed deck hardware
-Re-bedded all deck hardware
