List of Work Performed:-This vessel has a cast iron center board. When the center board was in the retracting position it suffered from a cable failure, allowing the center board to drop in an uncontrolled fashion. As it swung past its stop points it ruptured the inner center board run. Thus we had to remove center board and cut center board trunk apart to reconstruct-Structural repairs were completed-The center board was found to have a substantial wear at the pin and at pivot point in center board; we cut out a large clean centered hole in the center board and installed a large bushing and welded into center board-Proceeded to sandblast center board to near white, epoxy barrier coated, faired, barrier coated again, and bottom painted. Reinstalled center board to vessel along with new lift cable.
-Also all teak toe roe rails were replaced on vessel with new-Custom mount fabricated in aluminum for heavy duty outboard bracket to support added weight of four stroke outboard-Installed new Yamaha outboard along with a remote control package for shift, throttle, and start-Rewired significant portion of boat, installed new breaker panel along with water proof battery charger-Fabricated custom stainless steel traveler ring to allow tiller pass through and still have center point attachment for main sheet
