List of Work Performed: -Addressing a common deck leak in Ericson 30's around anchor locker -Removal of anchor locker well -Rewiring of running lights since easy access proceeded to repair flange and rebed -Inside vessel teak and holly cabin sole was water damaged. We replaced a portion of inside and refinished all-Some small electrical service was also provided-Presently we are installing a new stereo system and a new north sail roller furler genoa.
